Agnieszka Talecka

Joined DS Smith in June 2018 as Regional Marketing Director East Europe. Agnieszka is responsible for marketing & communication matters across 17 countries in the EE Region shaping the right strategies for the further company awareness build up and strengthening “DS Smith Packagaing Stategists” image. The main ambition is to keep providing the valuable market insights to create the competitive value proposition combined with the superior customer experience. Before joining DS Smith Agnieszka has gained broad marketing experience working in big international companies from FMCG segment including Procter & Gamble and Duracell.

Attila Forgács

Attila Forgács PhD clinical psychologist, associate professor of Eötvös Lóránd University Faculty of Psychology, and Head of Centre for Psychology Studies of Corvinus University of Budapest. He is the director of research of MindTitude™ image research centre. He is a professor of social psychology, psychology of economy, and communication. He has already written 6 books which have been published 22 times. He has been elected 6 times for the professor of the year at different universities.

Attila Takács

Providing strategic direction for structural and graphical design community across East Europe region via connecting and coordinating site activites and integrating to European Design Network. Leading implementation of new design tools and methodologies like Supply Cycle thinking and PackRight approach together with developing infrastructure (Impact and PackRight Centres). Having more than 20 years of experience in the packaging industry within multinational environment. Experienced in packaging design, technologies innovation management across FMCG, Industrial and Automotive market segments.

Greg Dawson

Joined DS Smith in December 2017 as Director of Corporate Affairs and member of the Group Operating Committee. Greg’s role is to integrate the company’s communications to grow DS Smith’s brand reputation.  This year, the Corporate Affairs team launched the company’s new Purpose, ‘Redefining packaging for a changing world’ which connects the business with wider industry and consumer agendas. Prior to joining DS Smith, Greg held numerous senior communications and public affairs positions for some of the world’s leading brands including Ford Motor Company, Samsung and Virgin Atlantic.

Jean Lienhardt

Jean Lienhardt, MD of East Europe Region
Jean joined DS Smith in 1994 as a Divisional Finance Director. During the last 24 years he contributed to the development and growth of the company at various positions: Head of Packaging France & Poland (2006 -2012), Head of Packaging Italy & Central Europe (2012 – 2015) and Head of Packaging Iberia & South East Regions (from 2016). In his role he is mainly responsible for maximizing the value of company, revenue growth in acquired regions, DS Smith strategy implementation, integration of teams and businesses, synergies delivery and enhancement of asset base.
A graduate of Business School (ESSEC). He is a passionate, strongly goal and performance-oriented manager with strategic and financial thinking, with long experiences also in the field of Aeronautics, Automotive, Tissue.

Levente Pálffy

Levente Pálffy joined Nestlé in 1994. Since 1996 he is the head of the Hungarian supply chain at Nestlé. From 2018 he was entrusted to lead the IT division (on top of his supply chain role).
100% efficiency , zero waste (mindset) and ONE aligned cross-functional TEAM are the ingredients of success.

Levente Szabó

LEVENTE SZABÓ is the Sales and Marketing Director of DS Smith Packaging Hungary Kft. He studied International Relations and graduated at Babes-Bolyai University in 2001. He has 15 years of experience in the packaging industry. He joined DS Smith in 2011 as Key Account Manager, from 2013 he was responsible for the elaboration and implementation of the business development strategy in the Automotive and Industrial segments. Since 2016 he works as Sales and Marketing Director.

Robert Nakity

He is leading the Papillon project of DS Smith. The objective of the Papillon project is to develop and produce innovative, paper based product family to replace wooden/plastic solutions in transport packaging business (pallets, top decks, containers, etc…). Paper based products can offer lighter, safer and cleaner solutions for Customers, bringing numerous, hard benefits while support companies’ sustainability and safety targets as well.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the packaging business (sales and “Academy program” – coaching/training). Further strong experience in logistics, purchasing and production.

Santiago Soria

He is developing the Right Size Packaging (RSP) business for the Ecommerce market at DS Smith. In an industry where boxes contains 55% of shipping air on average, RSP is a clear opportunity to reduce operational costs, increase customer experience and reduce CO2 footprint. A clear example of how Innovative solutions can address E-commerce challenges. He has more than 18 years of experience in the packaging business within multinational companies. Experience in design, FMCG key accounts, sales management, Retail and now e-Retailers; combining innovation with sales development. “

Wim Wouters

He was born in Belgium in 1965. He holds a Master Degree in Product Design and looks at products with only one question: “what is the next (improved) version going to look like?”. Wim is passionate to optimize structures, using less material, while increasing performance & functionality. He designed industrial products and home appliences for multiple industries. Wim joined the packaging industry in 1995 at SCA Packaging in design and innovation related functions. He is heading up DS Smith Brands & Experience, inspiring global brands with sustainable packaging solutions for the future.

Szilvia Krizsó

Communications consultant, trainer, coach and is the general editor and presenter of Krizshow’s theater and television talk show, which has been her dream accomplished. Earlier, she worked as a presenter of political and public life programs, and her work was acknowledged by numerous professional awards, including the Pulitzer Memorial Award. At present, she helps top executives and management teams to develop their communication skills and personal brand, to improve the image of their company.
